By engaging Chapter12:

The couple accepts responsibility for obtaining any permissions where required, including from venues or individuals with specific privacy concerns.
We operate on the basis of legitimate interests to capture and produce a complete and authentic record of the wedding day.
Any individual who appears in footage and has a serious and legitimate objection to its use may contact us, and we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis where reasonably possible.
